iPhone 5S Coming Spring Of 2013?

Ok so a few days ago I heard about an iPhone 5S coming in Spring of 2013. That's to early to have a new iPhone cause, we just had the new iPhone 5 just two months ago! What do you think Apple did this too early? I think it's because so they can rise their stocks and stuff. But do you think it will have a new design? Well I think it will not have a new design AND in between I think it will have a new design. But probably it will not have a new design. Why? Because just like the 4S it did not have a new design only a few tweaks so probably the iPhone 5S will have a few tweaks as well. But...who knows? Probably it will have a new design.
